Yup scroll saw alliteration.
. A couple of years ago I picked up this saw off our local freecycle and am fixing it up for my daughter. Not the actual saw b ut it looks like thie:
It seems to have been made in the 40's and early 50's for Canadian Department Stores and, apparantly Government Surplus in the USA
The saw itself has an oil bath lubrication system for the guts of the saw - any suggestions what to use for oil? I was thinking Singer 3 in 1 but, could I use Marvel Mystery oil or use up some ATF or Fork oil?
thoughts anyone?
