Before I lose what's left of my mind ...
Today I decided to run my TV audio through my receiver (AM/FM, CD, TV/AUX).
Ran red and white cables from TV Audio Out, to receiver TV In.
Hmmm, no sound from speakers when TV/AUX is selected.
Hmmm, no sound from speakers when AM, FM, or CD/DVD is selected.
Plug headphones into receiver, hear audio from all inputs. Unplug headphones, no sound from speakers.
Check speaker feed cables from receiver to speakers. All fine and dandy. Still no sound from speakers.
Receiver speaker output was fine until I connected TV audio out to receiver TV audio in.
Should there be any voltage detectable from the speaker cables when the receiver is sending audio to the speakers?
yeesh
