Wow - very nice looking place! Very inviting. Definitely something I would go for. And as the realtor told me at closing - never again will you wake up and say "I have nothing to do today"

the other thing that'll make it perfect is a couple brit's dripping smelly oil on the floor...and several empty cases of of well earned designing beer bottles boxes!!!
 
I don't know that I have seen solar panels for trickle chargers before!! :laugh:
