I haven't owned a home in about 15 years actually and due to the nature of my work it didn't really pay at the time to have a home.

Besides the last house I owned the ex-wife got - so needless to say I was a little gun shy at the notion of homeownership. But while I pretty much do the same type of work – I’m almost Five-O and was looking for a tax shelter with the last of my youngins from that first marriage going out on his own.

Nope the Shark & the B will cohabitate in a much more spacious dwelling and should still have plenty of room to be able to work in the garage without having to pull one or the other out.

That said I think before I move in (got a month) I’m going to flip the dime to give the boring concrete garage floor one of those nice Epoxy Coatings.

There is a thread started recently about garage flooring. Seemed many don't care for the epoxy finish, doesn't hold up well, or so the feedback went.

I come from a long line of Horse people dating back to Ranchers in the early 18th century. The running joke about Goats is that they're “Starter Projects” for kids joining 4-H who've never been around livestock in their lives. Besides not wanting to upset any of my ancestors who might be inclined to come back & haunt my arse - I think they stink. :wink:
