For sale - paint for a little British car
One gallon of single stage urethane paint in the color – color - Signal Red (ROV 32)
I painted the exterior of my 1955 Triumph TR2 and I have one full (unopened) gallon of this paint left. One gallon covered the exterior of this car with 3 coats (in some areas 4 coats). I did not paint the interior, engine bay or the trunk. This paint was applied using a LVLP (low volume low pressure) spray gun, and the paint went on very smoothly. When I was finished, I still had about 50 cc of paint in the can. Now, I have an additional gallon of this paint. Yup, I bought too much paint.
Included with this gallon of paint, there are 3 containers of activator/hardener and one container of reducer/thinner. These other fluids are an adequate amount to mix with the gallon of urethane paint for this application.
The one gallon of paint cost me $500 and the hardener was $50 each and the reducer was $35.
The total cost for all of these was $685. For sale now at $500 or best offer. Buyer will pay shipping.
The gallon of paint is in a box 9” x 9” x 10” and it weighs 11 pounds
The box with the other materials is 10” x 10” x 6” and it weighs 6 pounds.
Please let me know if you have any questions. See the photos of the product that you would be purchasing as well as a photo of the car door to see the color.
