We went down to "LA" today. ("LA" in Maine means "Lewiston-Auburn", 2 of our larger old mill towns adjacent to each other but separated by a river).
In summer we get the occasional stream of interesting cars because of all the classic car tours they run up here, or related to one of our few larger car related events. Usually they're traveling together and from out of state. In late fall & winter we seldom see any interesting cars because of the weather conditions.
Today is a blustery day - 40 degrees and windy. On this trip we saw a Pantera, a Sonnet, an Isetta (in traffic!), a Chevy Vega, and a rubber bumber MGB that appeared to be in perfect shape. They weren't together - all were obviously unrelated sightings going different directions.
Just a local thing or did I miss a "Drive your classic" day or something?
