Side curtain seals

I am about to fit these seals to my 1958 Bugeye but it is not intuitive to me which way they should go. I hope there is an expert here who can help.

The seal in profile is curved but it’s base is also angled. Does the concave side of the seal face inward or outward.

Advice will be appreciated.
