The short answer is yes, but with some caveats.
You'll need to swap the front plate (not sure its technical name) from your existing engine over to the '78 donor -- this will give you the correct setup for the engine mounts. Not sure what else needs to be swapped over, someone should be along her shortly who can elaborate.
