I'll find out this week end Elliot.
I am have the charging system checked after I replace the cable.
The batter was replaced either last spring or the spring before.
So not real old
Old cable is out and will pick up the new tomorrow
Done my 2 Accords years ago
But why do they have to put things with sharp edges and points down there
Well saga continues. Put it almost back together and turned the key.It whirled slowly and kick over and started.I let it run for a minute and shut it off. Buttoned it up and turned the key to move the van to clean the battery junk from the wash off my garage floor and NADA.
Wouldn't even crank
Attached the jump box to it and let it sit a while and still nothing. Left it connected for 3 hrs and still squat.
Bought new battery last night
Will try today
Interstate.
And full disclosure
I always had bought blems from them as they were about 3 miles from my Washington house. I could always feel secure I got a good deal with them
I bought this the same way but from a Charleston place.
I never felt completely sure I got a good deal.
Always wondered if I got 1 from the bad pile
