Some of you have been following my quest to get hood stick covers for my TR4. I ordered a kit from Moss two years ago to redo the entire interior, had it installed and due to my ignorance of what a properly fitted interior should look like - did not know the hood stick covers were missing.
I posted on the forum my plight and one member alfa33047 had an old set and sent them to me to use as a pattern so my upholstery guy could make them for me.
On a whim, I decided to call Moss Motors to see if I could buy them separately.
The salesperson - Michael and D.J. - who is one of their Triumph Specialists - understood the issue and, even though I had ordered the kit 2 years ago, sent me the hood covers at NO CHARGE !!!!! What a GREAT company to deal with. There are certainly enough reasons to recommend Moss Motors, but to me this is customer service above and beyond!!!!!
We - and especially I - often complain about the lack of customer service in today's world, so I thought I should recognize not just good, but GREAT service when I found it.
As if they don't get enough of it already :fat: they will certainly be first in line to get my money in the future!
