I feel like Ms. Triss is another of my kids - they show up, cost me money and leave again. Anyway, she's back from the media blast guy - I feel like Larry, Daryl & Daryl worked on it so there will be the need for some undoing and redoing. The guy came across with some cash for his mistake - probably not enough but comes a point where anything he does will only make it worse. Live & learn and get your baby home!

three weeks or so she's off to the "highly recommended" body shop - hurray!

PS - at least the metal is good - thank God for southern cars!

Progress is always good -- as is having the car back in your possession if there's been questionable work going on. Good luck with the next part of the process!

Is Epoxy the same as urethane? It's epoxy anyway. Yes, I am going the chrome bumper route. got the front fender holes filled completely and will actually be installing bugeye signals as I think they are what should have been there all along - and it's an easier mod. Spent a bit of time cleaning things up tonight - fixed one repair - some sanding and cleaning. sigh - also realized that a huge part of the problem is that "good enough" is not good enough when it's my car - I want it right. This after working 40 minutes scraping down a repair so that the original metal overlap line is crisp - this where it won't even be seen! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wall.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hammer.gif
