All it needs is a desk for the office, a little WD on the hoist!, a couple awnings and a Cinzano umbrella with table and chairs on the roof. It even has a B ball hoop. Restaurant, tavern and two pubs in the same block. Been for sale for two years, don't want to know how much.

Can't use the building, but is the derelict car for sale?

What is they say? 80% of Triumphs are still on the road. The rest got a tow or managed to drive home.

seriously i love that building - i dream of something like that to play in.

X2, at least one in every town down here. Never quite been able to swing it. When I have the money, nothing for sale; when something is for sale....

Exactly, but it'll run ya a little more $ than an apple crate club house. Problem is we stop in across the street fairly regularly and I keep seein it.

True - though in my dreams I am always much wealthier and more charming and wittier and er um, never mind.

Here is storage (nfs.) 5 miles or so from the shed, 10 from Grant Wood's art colony in the 30's (Stone City.) Regular drive by but I've never found anyone around to get permission to go in the yard for photos. Seems some guy with a derelict TR keeps jumping in front of the camera.

That is a very cool photo.

Neat, Rich!
