I don't know of a list of bolt sizes that covers everything. Often you can figure it out from the part number. Have a look at this page from the Canley Classics web site. Click on 'Fasteners'.

As far as the steering column and ignition lock are concerned, they don't follow that naming convention. The part numbers are 152597 (ignition) and UKC7070 (steering column). They are fairly expensive, but they can be replaced with standard bolts.
The steering column bolt size is 1/4"x3", 28-pitch. Only the last 3/4" of the bolt needs to be threaded.
The ignition bolts can be replaced with cap-screws. Easier to install than hex bolts I found. They are 5/16"x3/4" and they are 18-pitch thread.
