Was a beautiful December day here in the "top of Utah" with temps around 50 and no snow or salt on the roads, so decided to awaken the Spider from her deep winter sleep for a spin. After a month of sitting in a cold, dark storage unit, I hooked her battery back up , climbed in, turned the key and got that reassuring hum from the electric fuel pump. Waited about 5 seconds, turned the key, and after about 3-5 seconds of cranking, she roared to life (that monza in a 9x15 unit is a little loud!). Went for a spin, and drove like a dream (no cold starting/running problems like I had last spring). As I was tucking her back in after a fun run, I reassured her that if there was another nice day this winter I would come back and take her out again!

Good to hear that you're both enjoying yourselves! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

Sounds like fun. I'm about to pull the hardtop off the Spitfire since it's been nice here too.

Just came back from a wonderful two-hour drive in my Midget.
Top down, sunshine and wind in the hair, Lynard Skynard on the stereo, hard to beat with your clothes on.
The weather is just about perfect for LBC:s this time of year in Tokyo. Crisp without being cold, sunny without being hot. Life is good! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
