I like the discs on Mk I's. It looks appropriate. I really like the "knock-off" discs, if thats what they're called.

*shrug* I just like the way the minilite style wheels in 15" look on Bs... more so than the Rostyle wheels.

***EDIT: it seems I must have missed out on the where, when, why, chain of questions that I started with "where".... **smacks self on forehead... hard**

Gee, Dave, I LIKE the way that looks.

Rob,
I have Wolfrace Slot Mags fitted with 175/75 14 tyres which clear the arches just. The 185 tyres I originally bought caught on every corner but the 175's on tough under hard cornering and thats probably got more to do with soft rear end setup I'm running.
The car is an MGB GT V8 with and RV8 bonnet and front crossmember.
Steve

These originally came on my '65 TR4A, but I sold them to an individual in England who put them on his MGC - he informed me that some were marketed in London as MGC GT 'Specials' with these same wheels (see my website for more info. FYI, they are 15x6 centre-lock wheels.

Not like I was fishing or anything.....

Will they let me Auto-X w/ spinners?
Saw some at the Zone in the under car lighting isle. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

eh.... if you want your wheels to weigh twice that of normal wheels.... why doncha "lighten" the steel wheels? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

how much would those weigh? 5lbs?

Not sure....I was wondering about fire.

Can't put that out w/ Halon II. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Or anything else you could carry conveniently.

yeah... that thought crossed my mind too...

I don't care if they are practical....I simply must possess them.

Other stuff I want....
1) Titanium rods
2) Aluminum-Ceramic composite pistons
3) Carbon fiber push rods
4) 365 degree cam
5) 1 lb flywheel

I reckon that don't mean you have to employ them in their intended purpose then, eh?

I'm too old to be reasoned with. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif
