98 Caterham,1600 X flow, 4 speed. Needs a clutch replacement. I plan to pull the engine/trans this weekend.. no Problem, I think,,,,, but does anyone know a good manual on any of the specifics of the clutch dis-assembly/assembly....I am quite a amateur mechanic and alway like to have a reference.. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Craig

Its super easy.

make sure you drain the trans first.

Remove shift lever / remote

Pull the drive shaft.

Pull the radiator.

Unbolt the motor / trans

Disconnect the wiring, clutch cable, throttle & fuel, of course

remove motor, it helps to be able to tilt it up with a balance bar on your hoist.

Pull off the bell housing, and its all right there.

Its all held on my the pressure plate bolts around the perimiter of the flywheel.

Reverse process to reinstall
