Service Bulletin Help Needed

I am currently putting together a large collection of Triumph Service Bulletins for inclusion on a web site. But at this time I need a little information to create the indexes.

According to my research, Triumph divided the US into sales zones and regional offices. From 1954 through 1958 there was an East Coast Zone and a West Coast Zone. CAL Sales Inc handled the western part of the US, while unconfirmed, I believe Foreign & Sports Cars, Inc handled the eastern half.

From 1958 through 1961 there were 6 zones. These were CAL Sales, Inc. (CA), Genser-Forman, Inc. (NJ), European Motors, Inc. (MI), Foreign & Sports Cars, Inc. (MA), United Auto Sales, Inc. (MD), and Jarrard Motors, Inc. (FL).

From 1961 through at least 1968 there were 12 zones. These were Genser-Forman, Inc. (NJ), Midwest Triumph Distributors, Inc. (IL), Nu Car Sales, Inc. (AK), Vail Motors Ltd., (HI), and Ltd. and Standard-Triumph Motor Co., Inc. with offices in MD, MI, MA, FL, TX, CA and OR.

First, can anyone either confirm or refute the above information? Secondly, I would really appreciate a sample copy or two of any bulletins from any of the above zones (PDF or paper). Even though I have collected over 800 bulletins I have only seen Service Bulletins from the Western Zone, Northeastern Zone and CAL Sales. Do bulletins exist for the other zones, or did they rely on bulletins created by others, or use the Service Information Sheets issued to UK dealers?
