I see nobody has responded to this.
I wonder, first, is this the 2-blade fan?
Can you simply swap blade assemblies to a 4 or 6 blade that fits the shaft?
Second, what is the issue?
As a general rule, there is a speed at which cooling fans become redundant.
Ram air takes over somewhere between 7 and, oh, 15 MPH.
Yours could be higher with the small opening for cooling air.
Are you overheating at speed?
Seems the stock plastic cooling fans on some cars of today might be adaptable, especially if they are 2-wire and you can reverse them by swapping wires.
