Reading your post reminded me of a gentleman I met just last weekend who now owns what used to be his father's TR3. He was able to talked to me at length about what the car had met to his father and now to himself. He had pictures dating back to 1962 of his father and the car and then the car's new paint in the eighties. Although this gentleman was in his sixties you could tell just how much he had care for his father and missed him.

Just remember... when it's gone, it's gone...
