Island speed limit is 35KPH (~22MPH) and yet I saw a BMW dealership. If they actually stuck to the speed limit, they would never get out of 1st.

On the cruise with us were a club with about 35 Harleys and other big bikes. According to a Bermudan local we spoke with, their visit was a big thing as they are not allowed to have bikes bigger than 150cc. This group had to get special permission to ride them on the roads. People came from miles to see (and hear) them. They also rode around our other island stops.
I thought that it would be cool to do that with LBCs, but the cost of transporting them on the cruise ship would be exorbitant.

Been by that dealership many times on my way to the Hog Penny! Often stay at the Hamilton Princess or the the Rosemont across the street.
I have a 1991 XJ-S with the 1991 advertising broucher for it. All the photos were taken in Bermuda. The XJ-S is too big to be legal as a car, the engine is too big to be legal, the gas milage is too low to be legal, etc..
I've always wondered if the ad people/models were allowed to drive the XJ-S to the photo sites, or if it had to be towed.
I'm 10 yrs into a 1 yr project of building a hand carved model of the WWII wreck of the "Constellation" which inspired the movie, "The Deep." Just another excuse to go diving in Bermuda again. ;-)
Oh, for a warm Steak and Kidney Pie, or a Liverwurst and Bermuda Onion Sandwich!!!

When we were in Bermuda we rode a scooter. Only locals are allowed to drive cars. The whole place is only about 20-25 miles long. Riding on the bus is what scared me.
