Second blown head gasket in my Midget! Help?

Eddie, the studs shouldn't be torqued into the head more than about 50 in lbs. More than that and all you are doing is chewing up the top threads in the block. Run a bottoming tap into the block threads to ensure they are clean all the way down, and gently torque the studs. If you can, chamfer the top of the threads slightly.

Bear in mind also the order in which to tighten the nuts, hand first, then torque.
