hi all its my first time here so here go's ......
at the moment i have a 1975 Mg Bgt well it was the wife's wedding present from me.
however i am thinking of buying a 1978 model to turn in to a sebring replica .......but will the wide arches and front and rear valence fit on to this body style and dose anyone know where you can get alloy ones as apose to fiberglass as i dont fancy haveing cracks apear in the join any help would be greatfull cheers
Same basic car so they'll fit either but you'll only find fiberglass & they're hard to come by...British American has gone out of the business so all you're left with is pretty much the British fiberglass which is (IMHO) awfull! I only know of 1` set of aluminum fenders/quarters & that's on Jim Smallwood's car over in the UK & he paid more for 4 fenders than most people pay for 100 point cars!
Mind your own business!
We have not gone out of business just changed our business plan.
The fiberglass molds have been transfered to another business and will be back in production very shortly. When I want to give the World news I'll tell them myself.
I am the one who has purchased Roly's molds for all the Brit car fiberglass pieces he was supplying. I hope to have components available in 3-4 weeks as the molds should be in transit to me this week. My web address will be:
morspeedperformance.com
after 04/01
Check there for new info. I am looking forward to getting the products running again asap.
My email is metalrep@adelphia.net for any inquiries.
Tom....excited about you getting the parts back in production...let's talk off-BBS about producing the custom MGC hood & about some of those GT6 scoops...here's what they look like when bonded together:
