Sebring Flares and Tires sizes

Since taking over the morSpeed business in June, I've been asked a couple times about tire sizes.

If any of you have Sebring flares, what size wheels and tires do you run-front and rear?

I use 8 inch rear and 7 inch front rims with 225/50x15's all around. Rear is tubbed as well as having flares.

why did you need to tub the inners? You already had to add a couple inches to fill the inner fender gap, no?

Tubbing was to square up the inner fender. Rear end was dropped a couple of inches so the rounded inners could take a hit on a big bump. Probably not really necessary, but...

If I can figure out how to make a pic the right size I will post one.

man, that thing looks great. Any lower,and you'll need to install a teflon plate to your pumpkin!

I like that idea. Teflon plate on the exhaust. Get the F1 spark from the speed bumps at the mall.

Think he was talking about the differencial, the pumkin but might work on exhaust as well.

Hard to hit the pumpkin, not without staddling a curb or going offroad. Easy to hit the exhaust system though.

Hey Don, thanks for the pic...I have been thinking about doing that when I do my repaint and my wife was walking by and saw me drooling, looked (expecting to see porn I suspect) and said "oh, that is nice...you should do that" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cowboy.gif
