my son has one - they wouldn't let him wear it to his high school grad - said it was cross dressing. (really)
 
Um... have they never seen the movie "The Devil's Brigade"? I'd dare them to tell those Canadians they were cross dressing! :smile:

we didn't even go there. Interestingly between son's grad and daughter's grad we switched countries and highschools. This new school also wouldn't allow kilts at grad (ironically since the school teams are highlanders!) because in a previous year someone had mooned the audience with his kilt.
