I don't understand how this can be a '79 RWA. I though RWAs ended in '74 due to 5 MPH bumper standards?

My '78 racer is an RWA. Sawzall plus some Bondo and elbow grease! I have a real RWA parts car ('73) and some day I plan to slice off the fenders from it and give the race car a proper set of RWA rear fenders.
