TR6 seat track location on new pans without holes for seats

So I bought new floor pans and have put them in but I now need to locate the seat tracks and my pans do not have any holes. I have located one spot to place them but I am fearful that it to far to the rear of the car. Can anybody give me some measurements or a source as to where to drill. It is a puzzle. Now I know why the pans were cheaper! Ha

I faced this problem too, not long ago. The seats bolt into reinforced nuts on the underside of the floor. Several of those nuts have to fit into holes in the frame. I doubted that I could get the holes for the seat mounts located accurately enough to guarantee that they would go into the frame holes, and if they were off, it would be quite a problem. Instead, I made mounts that were welded to the floor; here's the story of what I did:
