I'm in the process of re-installing the seat. I've discovered that I only have one of the wood pieces that are part of the mechanism.

Am I right that the driver's side needs two of these wood pieces?

Bugeye has 2, one for each seat rail.
 
Make another out of boat plastic or wood even.
