Folks,

I had a sealed- beam, Lucas 6716, headlight burnout
I want to keep that somewhat original look, but I can’t find these headlights anywhere.

What are other people dong for headlights?

Thanks.
Ron

You might check Amazon or E- Bay ??

John,

Do the Moss Hella lamps have glass or plastic lens?

Hi Ron,

They are glass. Note that they are a flatter profile than typical sealed beam headlights, not sealed beam and are halogen.

John,

I did look at what Rogers Motors had to offer. It looks promising.
It is amazing how flat the Moss Hella lamps are.

i might have a couple of them. it seems to me i saw a couple in a box the other day. i will check.

In preparation for replacing the headlights on my A-H 3000, I can't seem to get the chrome trim rings off.
They were last off in 2006 so whatever the process is, it is long gone from my memory.

Removing the screw at the bottom seems to do nothing

Ron, i have very vague recollection of having to rotate them some before they would slip off. i can't remember which direction.
