Is there a secret to removing the scuttle knob on a tr3a?
 
There should be a small hole in the bottom of the knob, Poke something in there to push the spring loaded pin while pulling back on the knob.

Bend open a paper clip - perfect tool for that.

Thanks, feel really stupid I've remove other knobs like that but I couldn't find the hole until I got the capping loose.
