Screamin" Mimi and friends @ CMP

I tried to get everyone in the videos but couldn't catch up to Hap.
The videos are called CMP, 1 through 4.
I was really please with the Sprite. Ran great without missing
a beat.
Not racing but I did manage a couple of hot laps chasing from the rear.

Blackhole sun washed away the rain. :wink:

Honestly I don't know. All day there were bi-planes doing stunts overhead and some jets engaged in some dog fight stuff too.
At one point a jet blew by low overhead and it was so loud I
thought I'd blown a tire.

That was great! My wife watched it with me and she is ready to get out on a track. When is the next event like that?

I have no idea when another thing like this will come around. It was Hap's baby. I say stayed tuned to BCR for any further
fun trips!
Glad the wife enjoyed the videos. I like her Sprite too.

WOW!! Nice....I'm amazed they allowed you on the track with other cars without requiring a helmet.....bet if you're really pushed her, you could've zipped by more cars!

Well....I brought my new helmet but since the others
were not wearing one I felt a little "out of place"
putting it on. Next time I'm wearing it.
I do have a roll bar. That's where the Goprocamera was mounted
and a 4 point harness.
I never drifted the rear or engaged in a slide or anything crazy like that. Very little spin on corner exit and just a little tire squeal into corners. Most were driving easy and
enjoying the ride so it does make the ol Sprite appear WAY faster than it really is/was. Still it was a hoot even if not racing. The 4.2 and the sc/cr box worked nicely at CMP.
It was my first time ever on a road course but boy it was fun.
I think this is going to wind up my version of "crack".
I already need another hit.
