Is the Scions of Lucas website https://www.team.net/sol/solwebs.html#Healey
still actively maintained? Seems the page updates go back to 1998 and 2000. I have a nifty pin from SOL. Don't know if they are still there, or if its a case of the lights being on with nobody home.
 
I suspect those pages are NOT "actively maintained" any more. MJB is still around, of course, as are all the Team.Net mailing lists. I've not even heard from Roger Garnett (the other "maintainer" of the SOL site) in ages.

I suspect that these pages, stemming from a time when they were one of the very few available Net resources for LBCs, have fallen victim to the many, many clubs and individuals who have built and maintained other sites.
