I just ran across a posting from our venerable leader, Basil, that said there is a possibility that he may close the forum. Something about burnout. Geez, I hope it ain't so, Basil. Is there anything that we can do to ease your pain? Frankly, I for one would miss this forum greatly, checking in morning and night. The wealth of knowledge and comradery available will make for a dark day if it indeed does disappear. Hang in there, Yoda. May the force be with you, 'cause we all are....

I'm sure there are many of us who would help moderate and take some of the technical duties, as well.

I'll ditto Dr. Bill big time! I'd be happy to help anyway possible with the exception that my computer skills are little to none. Basil, any way we can help? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/computer.gif

I appreciate all the offers. I was just needing a break I think. I've been away from it most of the week (out of town on business) and think I'm all better now /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif

I'll help if I can, but is there any room for a overbearing knowitall with little patience.

Wow, I didn't know my father-in-law was on this forum!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif Oh, I guess that would be "...overbearing knowitall with NO patience"

Let's put it this way, when we went to her high school reunion, almost all of her old friends asked her a) if her father had mellowed, and b)how I got along with him.
