Saw a sad sight today

Good attitude. Gonna join us in Brookline on Sunday at the Day of Triumph?

Would love to join you in Brookline, but, alas, I won't be able make it. Sorry to miss it actually. Can't wait to hear about it though. It's great to find such nice folks that share the same passion...

Broke down & called a friend for rescue.

Had a nice fellow stop to help us load my car on the trailer

Had to position the truck/trailer jack-knife style across a rural road to get the ramps at the right angle for my low car.

Just as my friend is getting ready to back around, the good Samaritan motions to someone in his car.

Out step 2 absolutely gorgeous women.....

He points to them and says...."Ladies.....Go do what you do best....STOP TRAFFIC"

He was a very wise man, indeed. There is always life after the tow truck, so why not have beautiful company, if at all possible?

When I would tour with my 67 Spit I found that I should always carry an extra set of ignition points. For some reason the points would, on occasion, break. With the extra set all I needed was a screwdriver and I was on my way again.
