Saw a film camera at a "car show" on Sunday

Cars were majority Asian hooptie mobiles, kinda disappointing. But one gent was walking around with a Minolta SRT-101. He didn't seem to want to converse, so only saw it briefly. He was dressed in what I'd call "native attire" so may be a local. I'll have to troll Ybor more frequently and maybe run across him again in less hectic circumstances. I was carrying one of the DSLR's, decided I didn't want to juggle film and digital in that crowd.

The only Brit car out of many dozens on display:

Spoke briefly with the owner, he'd purchased the car from Japan, RHD. If you look just under the alternator there's an A/C compressor! I asked if it worked... The engine is a 998cc, he said if you turn on the air while under way it was like hitting a wall of Jello. :ROFLMAO:

The alternator is almost as large as the engine.
