[h=1]Santamobiles: Top 5 Cars in St. Nick’s Garage[/h]
We’d like to think that Jolly Old St. Nick spends a decent amount of time in his garage the other 364 days out of the year. And while the contents of said North Pole garage are a closely held secret, here are five cars that we think the man with the bag shouldn’t be without:

4. Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite: Humans don’t get any jollier than St. Nick, and cars don’t get any more gleeful than a smiling Bugeye Sprite. If Santa can fit down a chimney, he can sure as heck squeeze into one of these.

Now $19,750 with 4 hours to go. For anyone restoring a BE there are more than 40 good reference slides to capture before this one disappears from view.

Around here he drives a Spitfire!

Well, that appeared to be a very nice BE. I would have wanted to seethe inside of the rear fenders at the bottom but it looks nice. Mine is a rust free So Cal car but not nearly as straight. This sale makes me think I need to lavish more time on it!:eagerness:

Kurt.

It didn't make $26K but it sell for a pretty respectable chunk of change. From the BaT site:
