Sunday April 17 is San Diego Rolling British Car Day.
I am going to be driving in it with my Bugeye.
At the moment I will be going solo.
If someone would like to ride shotgun and be at my house by 7:30 AM on Sunday let me know with a PM.
Lots of fun and lots of British Cars.

Well you can stop PMing Me. I have a very reliable person to ride shotgun on Sunday.Actually no one PMed me so I used other methods.

It is going to be in the mid 80's today. We are meeting up in two locations. One in southern San Diego County and one in northern Sann Diego County. We then converge and drive in a long line through the back country. Stopping after about two hours at the Deer Park Winnery. Besides wine there is also a car museum.

I am changing the name of San Diego Rolling British Car Day to the "Rolling Excruciatingly Long 2 and a half hour Drive".
Fom the meet up place to final destination was 2 and a half hours in 90 degree heat.
Round trip from my house and back was 137 miles.
60 FROG drove like a real trooper and never even got close to overheating. I gave him a nice pat on the Bonnet for a job well done.
Now clean all the bugs off and get ready for the Coronado Car show next Sunday.

no fun at all! Glad the car made it solidly - of course overheating isn't normally a problem for British Cars is it? - Oh wait.

I like the idea of a "bikini" top or a top with a zip out rear window. When its really hot, my top goes up!

Kurt.
