So this is what happens to old TR-3 noses that nobody wants! (being used as a seat belt display at a Lime Rock autojumble):

If the seller cleaned his nose, he might sell more belts.

I think the nose is more useful than those latch&link belts. They look like they might be used, and most sanctioning bodies won't allow them any longer.

Tony: The latch-type seat belts/harnesses are OK (I have them), but all race belts can't be more than 2 years old anymore (and they must be dated, or they are no good).

SCCA pushed for the 2-year limit and most every other club is following it (this is the last season for my '02 harnesses....I'll probably put the lap-belt section in my van after that). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
