Sachs rotory engine and mini dyno

So far I've found a low for a good complete engine of $500 and a high of $800.

Cheapest small engine dyno I've found was $3500 (new). Granted, that's a diffent type of dyno and it's brand new.
 
Well if you decide to sell it, and can come up with a number, Keep me in mind.
