Rubber Hinge strip on Bugeye

I bought the rubber strip that mounts on the channel where the BE is hinged. Does anyone have any pictures of it assembled? Not sure if the 'v' faces down/up, any hints for installationi? That's the hinge for the bonnet to the firewall.
Just found its name, the HOOD/BONNET SEAL.
