Rubber Gasket - What's it Fit?

It fits inside that wrapping. If it could be seen the real answer would be easier.
 
I thought that someone could tell me by the part number.The plastic
is sealed at both ends.
If I don't get a response,I guess I'll have to open it up.
 
Looks like it could be THIS header seal. A cross-section photo would confirm.
