The rubber gaskets/seals on my Midget hard top needs replacing.

Who sells it? Or, is it an off-the-shelf item at JC Whitney or the like?

Depends on whether it's a Works or aftermarket top.
 
Tony, what's the distinction? It does not look like the one pictured in the Summer Moss catalog on P. 15. That one has very rounded corners.

It's sqared off at the corners, very rectangular.

That appears to be a Works top...that one on page A15 is an aftermarket top.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any supplier here in the US for parts for the Midget Works top.....you might, though, check w/MacGregor up in Canada 905.627.4006 or https://www.macgregorukcarparts.com as he should have what you need.
