Anyone know of any Rover logo shirts that are available and where to get one.........Most likely a question for our British residents

There's two Rover owners sites that may be relevant:

The general Rover corporate site has gone belly up for most intents and purposes. I've no idea whether they sold such things, anyway. Individual dealers might too, but it'd be a long shot to begin with and a major search to find one with stock still.

I suspect you'd find it faster and cheaper to "steal" a suitable logo image and go someplace like t-shirt.com and have one made up for yourself.
 
With computer controlled embroidery it sure is easy doing about anything now.
