OK Aero, where the double hockey sticks is inland NW.
If your not inland then your using a water proof puter!
 
I suppose there is no actual line between the coastal areas of the NW and the Inland NW, but on I-90 I would say that
Issaquah, WA is about the deviding point.

Top of Snoqualmie Pass. Coastal is west of that, inland is east. Don't believe it? Get on 90, drive west, hot, dry, sunny, through Ellensberg, Cle Elum, even Easton, hit Hyak, you think it's a breeze, top the pass, let off the gas, and you're in the coastal rain.
 
Oh, and that looks to be Delta Pier at Bangor. Trident....unconverted...nasty place to find yourself if you have no business there.
