So, went to a Jag club meeting tonight.
Got one of the older members a little loud and boisterous.

No big deal.

So, we go to leave, he gets in his car as I'm walking to mine, and I say.......

"Nice Chrysler".

You could see the vein throbbing on the side of his head......

I think it's a 2007 Jaguar XKR.....

Oh, rotten essohbee.

Lot's of idiots out there seriously insist that my 94 XJS is really a Ford. I don't particularly care a wit. At least you didn't call it a Tata. I think the XKR convertibles look like Miatas on steroids myself, but I keep quiet. Everyone knows that Jaguar always starts with a coupe which looks great, then the hack it into a convertible for the midlife crisis guys. Except the XK 120 of course.

I just figured, if he was gonna go on and on like that in a meeting, I'd just knock a couple of suitcases out from under him.

XK-140.....now that's a car.

Buddy of mine just sold a 140 on St. Pat's Day that he had stored for 25 yrs. Nice savings account! --elrey
