Rotor dimension

I am in the process of rebuilding the front suspension on my 67 Tiger. New upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks and bushings. Does any one have a minimum dimension for rotor thickness? After turning to true up the rotors mine are .450"
Victoria British show new rotors for $100 each. IF I have not exceeded the minimum limits I can save some $. Thanks, Rick
 
I was just looking at the manual and there is no measurement given.I don't have any rotors here but I would think that there should be this info on the rotor.Either in the casting or it was stamped.The manual only relates to out of round and excessive scoring as far as I could see.I have had rotors turned but they usually only needed a small amount removed.Mostly just a good scraping to clean them up nice. Just remembered there was 1 in the shed.Can't see any thickness #s.However if you are just taking a few thous of there should not be a problem.The rotors are pretty beefy.A good brake shop should be able to advise you as to the safety thickness.

I better learn to read.I missed the .450.I would not hesitate to use them if you had them turned to true.Just measured an original with some rust and it is just under the .5 inch with some surface rust.
