What is the general attitude towards anchoring a safety harness on a rollbar? Is there a specific height that a harness should be anchored at in relation to the seat or driver's shoulders?

Been browsing the Summit catalog and a lot of the safety harnesses appear to be able to be mounted on a rollbar. ???

Most competition shoulder belts mount to the roll bar - or more correctly, to the harness bar portion of the roll bar. The angle of the belts as they leave your shoulder is critical. See https://www.sparcousa.com/resourceFiles/16.pdf for guidelines.
