Rocker arm assembly removal

That's about what the shaft I got back from RAS looked like, except they added some sort of copper-colored coating to the rocker arms. I'm still not certain how much they replaced, the rockers literally looked new and only the stands and end caps were obviously my old ones.

Cost with shipping wound up being only about $10 more than just the parts from TRF (and I wasn't going to replace the adjusters while RAS clearly did).
 
Randall, I would have sworn that everything on that shaft was brand new. I was shocked when I opened the package. But I did see another one that a local guy got this summer and it looked identical to mine, just like brand new. I don't know how they clean them, but they do a great job.
 
Dale, there should be plugs in each end of the rocker shaft. Be sure they're in place, or the oil will take the path of least resistance and flow out the end of the shaft.

The rocker assembly is now out of the car
and ready for rehab. No mishaps and easier
than I thought it would be.
