First the Shelby now this. Soon people are going to jack up the price just to say "I purchased the most expensive car at auction" ICK! Must be nice have that kinda chump change.

No, the car was red, and no car cover was included!! It did have a special engine fitted from the identical car with Enzo's blessing by the factory (driven by Scagletti, I believe) that was responsible for the demise of the Mille Miglia due to the historically horrendous accident resulting in multiple spectator deaths!

The car at auction was awsome, as it should be for the price, eh!!

I think it was Portago that died in the '57 Mille Miglia. That triggered the end of the MM and I suspect solidified some other countries' decisions to ban racing in '55 after the LeMans disaster.
