Rivergate Clutch question

I have a 1275 with a 210 tranny using Rivergate conversion to be used in my BE rebuild. Have read that there are some issues occassionally with using the Sprite clutch. Anyone done the same and had problems, or, has anyone used the conversion utilizing the Datsun clutch etc.? Sometime TMI on the net I'm afraid!

I decided to go with the datsun clutch. I knew one person that had trouble with the rivergate clutch and it is a one off thing that you have to get from them at $$$. The datsun cluth is cheap and available and was used in several datsun types and it usually available for cheap. You need the datsun pressure plate and the flywheel will have to be modified on a lathe and a spacer made.

I've been using the Rivergate clutch, and have had no problems.
