One of the more important business writers, partly because of his writing and partly because his had a very effective time-management system. (Built BTW on the fact that you can't manage time, everyone only gets 24 hours a day.)

His mantra was Principle centred leadership (as opposed to personality centred)

no, he said some are, some aren't. He also pointed out that too often we gather around a charismatic leader without really understanding what makes a leader effective. We then try to emulate individual without understanding the principles. ("do what I do and your business will grow") Jim Collins (Good to Great) another important business guru makes the point that charismatic leaders are more often something an organization recovers from than benefits the organization over the long term.

I think my wife had a seminar and brought that home
